We ship from several different shipping locations around the world. We always choose the best one for the customer’s shipping destination based on our long experience to make the parcel reach the customer as fast and secure as possible.

- For the more popular products, we ship US to the US, from our shipping locations within the USA, shipments typically take 5 days.
- Deliveries to Europe usually are made from Germany, Greece, and the Netherlands. If you live in Germany, your order will be automatically shipped from Germany; if you live in another EU country, your order will be shipped from the Netherlands; both will receive tracking within 1-3 business days.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal and Bitcoin.

We do not accept returns of medications.
Reships and Refunds
- If your order does not arrive within 30 business days of dispatch, please notify us and we will reship it free of charge. If the reshipment does not arrive, we will refund your money in full.
- Allow three days for your reshipment dispatch/tracking code and up to seven days for a refund, though we strive to process these immediately.
How do I track my package?
A tracking number is delivered by email within 2-5 business days after the purchase has been made and cleared for shipping.

My package isn't moving and no update?
Once your package has departed the country of origin and is in transit, there will be no further updates until it reaches the country of destination.
This is true for all tracking numbers except those that end in “IN,” which cannot be tracked once placed in the shipping container.
Please keep in mind that standard transit time is typically between 10 and 14 days.
Once the package reaches your country, it must pass through a sorting facility and be scanned by the postal service in your country. This process takes approximately 2-4 days.
If your package is inbound customs – there will be no updates until the customs authorities release it in your country.
Please remember that the shipping time stated on this site is an estimate, and we cannot be held responsible for processing or shipping delays. We have no control over the postal system or customs, which both have a significant impact on how quickly your packages are delivered.
Orders are typically delivered within 10-16 days but may take up to 28 days in some cases due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs and holidays.
I ordered several products but have only recieved one of them?
Occasionally, we ship orders in separate packages, and you should have received an order update notifying you that “product one” had been shipped with the tracking number “xxxxxxxxxx”. If you check your email inbox or log into your account with us, you’ll notice an additional order update for “product two.”

Will you deliver to my country?
Importing prescription medication is legal in the majority of countries as long as it is for personal use and does not contain a controlled substance.
If you have any additional questions about the importation of prescription medications into your country, please contact your local customs office.
What happens if I cannot sign for my order while I am away from home?
The postal service will leave a slip at your delivery address, and you can either pick up your order in person or arrange for re-delivery. If you have not received notification, you may inquire at the post office whether an item is waiting for you. Orders that are returned or rejected by the customer will NOT be received by us! Returning medications will result in their loss and you will not receive a refund or reshipment.

Why is my order still showing "Order Packing"?
Your order may have already been shipped even if the status of your order has not been updated. We occasionally receive shipping confirmation from our shipping department late, and we update the status of your order only after we receive shipping confirmation.
