I did not receive an order confirmation email?
Here are some ways to combat the problem of email server rejection and scam emails. You can add [email protected] in order for your confirmations, billing information, etc., but this will only work if you use a whitelisted provider such as Gmail or Yahoo! Here’s how:
1) Add an address from our list below under ” Whitelist Exceptions.” 2.) For each major service that sends mail (like Hotmail), find out whether they allow messages with specific senders/ recipients by looking at their settings page 3). If sending isn’t working properly after following steps 1-3 then call them up
My tracking number is not working?
The delivery of your product is dependent on a variety of factors, such as where it was shipped from and the destination.
US Domestic orders
This can happen when an item is dropped off at a postal facility and not scanned before being transmitted to USPS.
Indian shipments
Due to a COVID restriction, India does not scan the majority of commodities leaving the country. It will update when it reaches your destination country. The tracking number will start working once it gets to the USPS for the USA.
Singaporean shipments
“A web error.”
Singapore Post’s system is malfunctioning, and once your item arrives at your local facility, it will be scanned and traced. 17track has a detailed explanation.
We send all orders within the indicated time frames, so don’t worry if your tracking information isn’t functioning.

Why is my order status still "Processing" or "Order Packing.
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours; however, it may take three days.
US Domestic orders
This may take up to 7 days for domestic orders inside the United States of America.
Once your transaction has been completed and paid for, the status of your order will change to “processing.”
It will then be changed from “Processing” to “Order Packing.”
When your item is sent shipped out, the status of your order will change from “Order Packing” to “Shipped,” and your tracking number will be shown in your account as well as in your email. You may access this information by logging into your account, selecting orders, and then clicking the order you want to know.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and have not received an email with instructions on resetting it, please add supp[email protected] to your email whitelist.
